* Week consists of 7 nights, extra nights are an additional charge.
* All Prices are in US dollars
Initial Deposit: A 50% deposit is required and must be received
in order to confirm a booking. If booking more than 6 months in advance,
only a 20% deposit at time of booking is required and 30% additional 90
days in advance of arrival. This can be paid easily on our website by
credit card via Paypal (3.5% surcharge added for credit card & Pay
Pal). The other options are a direct deposit to our U.S. Bank Account
(Bank of America or Chase) or by mailing a check to our P.O. Box in the
U.S. If a check is mailed it must be received 2 weeks before arrival.

Final Payment: The balance will be due upon arrival. We accept U.S. cash,
Mexican Pesos (based on current exchange rate), or credit card (3.5% surcharge
added).
